I am the Assistant Manager in the food service.
What is an important memory of your earlier years?
As a high school freshmen, I was a starter on the Varsity softball team.
Are you involved in any sports today?
I picked golf up recently. I have improved since last year and I play with my husband and some other women.
What are some of your favorite books?
I love reading books by Nora Roberts and Stuart Woods.
Do you have a liking for a certain: Candy? Drink? Color? Weather?
York Peppermint Patties; I drink Diet Coke which makes me feel good. Blue. Sunny and 70 degrees.
What foods excite your palate?
All the ones that are bad for me; but I do love bread and a salad with full fat ranch.
How has working in the food industry changed your food habits?
I buy healthier foods for at home and when I go out to eat, I take note of the way the kitchen prepares their food.
Has working in a kitchen given you any extraordinary food abilities?
When I go to McDonalds, I can tell when they are using old oil to cook their fries.
What to you watch for television?
I watch Bravo. I am a huge reality TV fan; I watch American Idol, Big Brother, and Survivor. I also enjoy watching Top Chef.
If you had to lose a hand or a foot, which would it be? Pink hair or nose ring?
A foot and pink hair.
If there was one thing you could change about yourself, what would it be?
I would be thinner.

Public speaking and bugs.
